Individual Therapy

£70 for a 50 minute session in person at Kalm Space in Poole or online

Please note I also offer a limited number of low cost spaces for trainee therapists and people on a low income.  These are currently full, however please get in touch if you would like to be considered for the waitlist.

Couples/ Relationship therapy

£85 for a 60 minute session in person at Kalm space in Poole or online

Coaching

Individual sessions

  • £70 in person at Kalm Space in Poole, online or at your place of work.

  • 6 session package (including ongoing support between sessions and progress tracking) £550

  • 12 session package  (including ongoing support and progress tracking) £1000

Corporate coaching in person at your organisation, at Kalm space in Poole or online

Consultancy and training
